Step 1:
Create an Account and complete your details at the following link - https://faops2022.com/new_signup.php

Step 2:
Check your email inbox for an email titled “FAOPS Congress 2022 - New Signup (M-0XXX)”. If you have received this email, you have successfully created an account on the website. You will need to proceed to the next step.

Step 3:
Log on to https://faops2022.com/login.php to proceed to register and make payment for the Congress. Use the username and password in the email addressed in Step 2 to log in.  The latest registration rates for the Congress are listed on the following page: https://faops2022.com/registration_fee.php.

Step 4:
After logging in to your account, click on Online Registration or go to https://faops2022.com/online_registration.php to fill up the relevant fields and complete your registration for the Congress.

Step 5:
Once you have completed your registration, wait for our Registration Confirmation email, which will provide your custom Access Code to the Live Congress site.

To access the virtual workshops, you need to register for each workshop and pay separately. Please take note that the morning sessions are running concurrently.

You will be given a different Access Code for the workshop, unless you have registered for the Main Congress together with a precongress workshop. 

Step 1:
Refer to your Registration Confirmation email. This is important as your individual login link to the Live Congress site is in the email. This link cannot be shared  with others.

Click on the “Join Congress” button indicated on point 1 in the figure above. It will take you to the Live Congress login page, and your Access Code (point 2 in the figure above) will automatically be inserted into the field. Click “Log In” to proceed.

Alternatively, click on this: https://faops2022.com/virtual/ and input the Access Code (point 1) manually.

Please note to use the access code specific for the  Precongress workshop. Each workshop has a different Access Code which is also different from that to log in to the main Congress. If you have registered for the Main Congress together with a precongress workshop, you will only receive one Access Code.

Step 2:
You will then enter the Congress Virtual Lobby. You will be able to access all aspects of the Live Event (Virtual Conference / Auditorium, Exhibition Halls, E-Poster Exhibit, Abstract Page, housekeeping announcements) from this Lobby.

* Important:
Please note that CPD points will only be awarded to those who signed up prior to the Live Congress dates and attended the live sessions of the Congress from 26th to 28th Aug 2022. CPD points are awarded for each workshop as well.

 Please take note that the Congress web system will track delegates attendance when they log in to the Live Congress site. For MMA app users, please give 2 weeks for the application to reflect your CPD points from this event. If your points have not been updated by then, kindly contact the PSM Secretariat team and provide us your details at perinatalsocietymalaysia@yahoo.com .

To download the Certificate of Attendance, completing the Congress Survey Form is compulsory. To log to the Live Congress website, please refer to the steps listed in How to access the live Congress / lectures? The E-Cert button will be made available after the closing ceremony of the Live Congress. In the Congress Survey Form, you will see your name appear at the top section of the form. Please ensure that your name is spelt correctly so that the print out of the certificate is correct.

Upon completing the Survey, the download button for the Certficate of Attendance will become available on the page. Click on the button to download your e-certificate.

In the Live Congress website, at the top menu, you will see an option listed as VOD. All pre-recorded lectures will be posted in Videos On Demand (VOD) section. Post-Congress, the recordings of the live sessions will also be displayed here for your easy viewing. These VOD will be available for viewing post-Congress until 30th Nov 2022. This date also applies to the viewing of the Exhibition Hall and E-poster section. The Live Congress site will be closed on 1st Dec 2022.

1. Oral presentations for the Free Paper Presentations can be viewed as VOD at any time during the Congress and are available until 30th  Nov 2022. The presentations and live Q&A sessions for the presentations short-listed for the Oral and Poster Presentation Award will be held on 26th August 2022. The winners of the Oral Presentation and Poster Awards will be announced on 28th August 2022 during the Closing Ceremony of the Congress.
   
   
2. Delegates can visit the exhibition booths and interact with the industry representatives on the Congress days. After the congress, delegates can still access the booths until 30th Nov 2022, but the interactive function will no longer be available.
   
   
3. Visit the virtual exhibition booths on the Live Congress website and stand a chance to win lucky draw prizes, the winners of which will be announced on the final day of the Congress, 28th August 2022, during the Closing Ceremony. To qualify for the Lucky Draw, delegates will need to make e-visit and “collect” a Stamp from each booth. Upon collecting at least 10 stamps, you will have access to a short quiz. Answer all questions in the quiz and click “Submit” to qualify for the lucky draw. Lucky draw winners will be announced during the Closing Ceremony. To check on the stamp collection, mouse-over the top right 'Person' icon. Click Stamp Collection.

   

4. Please check that you should have received a receipt for your registration payment unless you have been sponsored or are paying through LPO. The receipt is an attachment on your Confirmation email. For any enquiries, please check with the PSM Secretariat.
   
   
5. For the lunch symposia, lunch vouchers will be sent to your email after the Congress for those who have logged in for the lunch talks.
   
6. Accepted abstracts will be published in a FAOPS 2022 congress supplement in the journal Frontiers in Surgery.
   
   
7. As part of your registration for the Congress, all Congress registrants will have free access to 4 journals for a duration of 90 days, complements of Karger publications. Please CLICK HERE to access the journals. The steps to to access the journal is outlined here.  
   
   
8. Data Protection and Policy Statement
   Please take note that the website will be collecting data on your usage of the site for administrative purposes by the Organisers and authorised third parties (such as Industry sponsors). 
   Organisers: The information submitted when you created an account and registered will be used to track your use of the website, which includes duration spent logged into your account and the various pages visited. This is so that the system can account that you have met the minimum criteria to receive a certificate of attendance and CPD points for this Congress.
   Sponsors: As per a physical exhibition, Industry sponsors who have virtual booths on the website will require documentation of booth visitors during the Congress. As such, ONLY your name and institution will be provided to the virtual booth sponsors that you have e-visited during the Congress period.
